Tuesday am: 1hr 50 min run at concord
Wanted to push hard after CF total, the temps were in the low 20's when I started around 6:30ish. http://connect.garmin.com/activity/1800156
I have not been doing many long runs at all, but felt incredible during my run.
No doubt CF is doing exactly what its suppose to do!!!!!
