3 days of backcountry heaven

Rod, Mike, Tanner, Matt and myself went on a 3 day backpacking trip last weekend. We started out on hazel creek-jenkins ridge-pinnacle creek-lakeshore-AT. It was an awesome weekend with plenty of great memories created in such a short time.

Rain and Happiness

rode the Dancing bear ride on saturday...50 miles..RAIN!!!!! But beer and good food followed.

Got in 11.5 miles on Sunday with Rod. Tried out stovers Osprey Atmos 50 pack today. Felt great, had about 25 lbs in it to get the feel for it. Total training was good this week, got in around 13 hours this week. Todays trails-turkeypen ridge-schoolhouse gap-bote mtn-finley cane.
